“So I’m thinking about buying a camera.” I mentioned to my wee niece, Willa.
“You mean the kind that doesn’t have a computer attached to it?” She asked.
“Yes,” I said, “the other kind is called a laptop, and the camera is sort of secondary.”
She had no idea. “But how will you document our rich and loving relationship?”
I wasn’t sure. “Maybe we could get someone to take our picture.”
She asked about rocking the boat and trying to fix something that ain’t broke.
I mentioned picture quality.
“Schmality!” She squeaked.
Don’t tell her we took a trip to Best Buy today.

As for me, I’m still sad you never bought a lanyard for your laptop.

I really should have followed through on that lanyard suggestion. I hate to be disloyal, but I am enjoying a camera that fits in my pocket.
