Eden awoke at 3:00 this morning from a recurring nightmare of being eaten by a shark.
I made her chamomile tea and brewed up some peppermint for me. I plugged in the lights for the trees and started a video while they steeped.
All told, we were up til after six.
It is noon and I am still wearing pajamas and school is untaught, but no one has been emotionally abused.
We have all day.

Your last line threw me into a coughing fit, as The Cold has a stranglehold on my larynx (and other things in my throat).
I hope the day ended sans abuse.

Scott, that last line was completely Freudian, as I was trying to remind myself that I had all day to educate my people with the plan to avoid abusing them.
I am glad to report there has been no abuse that day or since.
