It was a great kiss.

It would have been an amazing kiss minus the cloying smell of milk gone bad which was causing a slight feeling of nausea. I tried to think of a way to delicately broach the subject.

“Would you please brush your teeth?” I cut to the chase.

He smiled sadly, “Yeah, your breath isn’t smelling too sweet either.”

“Does it smell like rotten milk?” I cleared my throat meaningfully.

“Worse,” he paused to think, “Dog poop.”

Days later, that is still making me laugh.

For some reason I don’t have your email address anymore.

Anyway, it appears as though we are going to add another Maier to the world next January.

Great news about Tanner. Is he coming back to Michigan any time soon? There is a huge demand for filmmakers in Hillsdale these days — it would probably be best if he just moves here now.

Forgive, I commented on the wrong post. I won’t touch this one. Sorry.

    I knew where you meant.

Congratulations on M2. What does John think?

I hope Christy is doing well.

All are doing well. John has been pleading with God for a year on this one, so needless the say he’s pretty thrilled. Of course, in his mind he’s getting a baby sister. Failing that, he’d prefer a cat to a brother. He’s informed me that God wouldn’t give him a brother until after he first gets a sister. We’ll see.

Let the record show: my breath smelled like flowers and Paul was just being dramatic to counteract the horrors of his own foul mouth – but it was funny and made me laugh.
