If your family can handle spicy: slice sweet onions and saute, add mustard – frenchs yellow will work, but if you have dijon – better. slice loin into chops or strips and saute meet in mixture. Serve with mashed potatoes.
Or coat heavily with McCormicks Montreal steak seasoning and throw into crock pot with 1/2 cup of chicken broth.

It’s also very good in the crock pot with 2-3 cans of cream of mushroom soup, served over white or brown rice.
